Stump Family History

How the Stump family ended up in Los Gatos -

The Stump family was “called” to Los Gatos in 1923. Rob’s grandfather, Benjamin Franklin Stump, was called to serve the First Baptist Church of Los Gatos (now the Penthouse Apartments).

Rob’s father was born on the High School lawn in 1925. Of course, the High School was not on W. Main Street in 1925 but it makes for a good story.

Rob grew-up in Los Gatos attending Louise Van Meter, Raymond J. Fisher and Los Gatos High School.
